1. Overview
The AtoC.ai Partner Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to AtoC.ai. Participation is subject to the terms below and may be reviewed or terminated at any time.
2. Commission Structure
Partners earn a commission of approximately 30% of the first payment made by a referred customer. This rate is set at our sole discretion and may be adjusted, reviewed, or updated at any time without prior notice.
Commissions are calculated on the net amount received by AtoC.ai after platform fees, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
3. Eligibility
To participate in the Partner Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing advertising and marketing.
- Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or spammy referral practices.
4. Payouts
Payouts are processed after the referred customer’s payment has cleared and any applicable refund period has passed. We may use third-party payout providers (such as Solar Staff) or manual bank transfers. Partners are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any tax obligations arising from commissions.
5. Age Gating
Partners may be categorized as adult or minor for payout and compliance purposes. Payouts to minors may be restricted or require additional verification and guardian approval.
6. Termination and Changes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any partner account, withhold commissions, or modify the terms of the Partner Program at any time and for any reason. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
AtoC.ai’s liability under the Partner Program is limited to the amount of commissions actually earned and verified. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
